Could you provide us with a little more information so we better can try to help resolve your issue. Please read:
START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold).
You might want to clear your Xbox system cache. This will remove temporary files and data from the system cache.
If you do not have a modem with built in router, could you verify if you can connect properly if the Xbox is directly connected to the modem.
