Cant connect to XBL

I tried to connect to XBL but is gives this error:

W:0000-000B

X:0000-F001

Y:30A8-4840

Z:0000-0000

ID:0006-0001

L:8015-1901

Q:8007-0435

T:Wired

D:192.168.1.254/0.0.0.0

 

I can connect to the internet but not XBL.

Also have you tried resetting your network hardware?

Turn off your Xbox 360 console and any network hardware (for example, your modem and router).

Wait 30 seconds.

Turn on your modem, and wait one minute.

Turn on the next piece of hardware (for example, your router), and wait another minute.

Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

Sign in to Xbox LIVE, and see if the performance is better.

Yes i did turn it off for 30 seconds and turn it back on it did nothing.

Could you provide us with a little more information so we better can try to help resolve your issue. Please read: START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold).

You might want to clear your Xbox system cache. This will remove temporary files and data from the system cache. Here's how!

If you do not have a modem with built in router, could you verify if you can connect properly if the Xbox is directly connected to the modem.

Sorry for the delay. Does the sticker on the bottom of your modem/router give you any more information about the model number (2000)? Maybe 2210-02 for example.
