Can't connect to Live after troubleshooting

OK, I just received a replacement Xbox and it won't connect to Live. It connects to the network and the internet, but not Xbox Live. I've done ALL of the trouble shooting suggested from resetting the router and modem to connecting directly to the modem, even setting the IP address and DNS manually. I'm at my wits end for what could possibly be wrong with it. The status report just confuses me:

W: 0000-000B

X: 0400-F001

Y: 00C2-03C0

Z: 0000-0000

ID: 0006-0000

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope. I'll do that. I'm beginning to think it's the Xbox honestly. Thanks for the suggestion and information.
