Cant connect on two xboxes at once.

Me and my brother have separate xbox 360s and separate xbox LIVE accounts, but when one signs on it disconnects the other. The error codes that pops is 8015190E or 80151904. we have both done all the solutions for the codes multiple times and it still happens. This has been going on for four days now, so please help.

Can you tell us the make/model of your router? Many routers cannot support multiple Xbox 360 consoles at once and it's possible that your router is one of those that fall into that category.

The router is a cisco, but we have no problem connecting to our network. When we test our connection it stops at xbox live. we've never had this problem until now.

It looks like this device does not support multiple consoles.

Have any firmware updates been installed to the router recently? If not, it might be a good time to check for any from the router's manufacturer. What has changed in your network setup since this issue started happening?
