Cant connec to x-box live

im having a test problem

Things you have tried: i tried most of the solutions but they never worked

Hey there Bumper!

Start by power off your ADSL gateway for a couple of minutes. Power it back on and wait one minute for it to connect properly.

Start your console and go to Xbox network settings. Go to Additional Settings and restore Xbox network settings to factory defaults. Here's how:

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
  2. Select Network Settings.
  3. Select Wired Network if you are prompted to do so.
  4. Select the Additional Settings tab.
  5. Select Restore to Factory defaults.

Configure Xbox wireless settings.

Post back and let us know how that goes.

Do you have the option where to try a wired solution instead of connecting your console with wireless? If so, try a wired solution and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

When i choose wireless the test fails on the internet but when i use wired it fails on the first level in the test

Hey Cloudzz13. It looks like you are located in Egypt, which is not actually an Xbox Live Supported Region. We do not know if or when Egypt will be supported, but keep an eye on that link for the most up to date information.
