Cant change WLID

I have entered in the email address and signed in for the new WLID account that i need to change and get to the confirm the change screen (stage 7) but this takes me to another screen that says "The email address or password you entered isn't valid. Please try again." This takes me back to stage 6 but i know that both of my emails and passwords are correct or it wouldnt let me sign in on those relevant stages. Please could someone help me with this problem.

You don't really "sign in" with the new WLID during the process. You simply provide the info, and then at the end here is when it actually checks it. If it is saying it isn't valid, you might want to try a different WLID or contact the WLID people tos ee what the possible causes of this error can be.
