I'm on wireless or should switch to wired.I dont why it causing this for 7 months.I dont to waste another $60.00CDN for another gold membership that never works.I think Microsoft should have maintence to fix the lag on xboxlive.

Have you tried port forwarding via your router? On the top of the thread section there is a guide with loads of information on NAT settings and port forwarding.
If you want someone to offer help or give a solution you could always tell us what type of modem you are using along with the models number, internet service provider and any information on how you have set up the connection to Xbox live. If nobody knows
what sort of setup you have how can they help you?
