cant cant access Manage Payment Options online

Ok so 2 months after i purchase a 4 gold family xbox live my mom had changed her bank over to chase. a year later i got a message from microsoft that my membership had been suspended and i must renew my payment. The problem is i cant renew it since i do not have a bank open yet alone have a bank or credit card. since i cant access my xbox live acount i tried to remove the payment plan online but every time i go to  Manage Payment Options it says Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened

This can rarely be fixed by website or console.

The Live Chat agent will tell you to call Support, so instead of Live Chat,

I suggest if you don't want to wait on hold you can go to http://xbox.com - sign in there - then go to 

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

to click on Request A Call and have the very next available agent call YOU -

but if you live in Canada, replace the red US with your country code CA.
