Got an email about a promotional offer from Xbox that I can buy 1 month of Live for £1. So, for the past 4 days I've been on both the Xbox and Xbox.com and both get an error when I click on the offer. What is going on?
That code means you have some sort of billing violation. Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure everything is correct, up to date, and that you don't owe any balances. If you can't fix it there, you'll have to call support and having billing help you
sort it out.
