Can't access my Account page.

 About half a month ago I tried to add a new credit card to my account using the Account section of the Xbox.com page, it failed to recognize my card and after that I can't access that section at all. I get the "That shouldn't have happened" error and that's it.

I know I can access the billing.microsoft.com page but I'm a bit worried that I can't access that part at all, is there something wrong with my account or something?

 

By the way, I already used different computers, cleaned cookies, etc, but no dice.
