Cant access membership info

I have been trying to cancel my PSU Guardians subscription, but I have been unable to even access my membership information since I got it. Whenever I try to access it on my XBOX it tells me that it cant get any info from XBOX Live Marketplace, and when I try it on the PC it says that I have found a 'glitch'. I have looked around for a support number that I could call but I have been unsuccessful. Anyway of getting round this 'glitch? Or know a support number I could call?

US Based accounts can call 18004MyXbox and go through to the billing line.

I got same problem but im french canadian i can't understand anything those guys are saying, Anyways i can get help in french? Lol
