cant accept terms of user service

sorry for bad english in advance

Hi, whenever i log into my account (on pc) to accepte the new terms of user agrement (or something). it logs me out, when i mark the box and click "i accept" i just logs me out. I cant even accepet it on my xbox, becuse i need my parents password, I am freaking 22 years old, why the hell would I still need my parents approval?

pliz fix this, or atleast give me a decent reply.

(maybe i put this forum thread in the wrong place)

The new terms and agreements won't allow you to accept them.  if you have (or seems like you had) a child account in the past, you still need your 'parental e-mail' to accept it.  Also, you needed to manually promote your account to an adult.  Age doesn't seem to play a factor even if you're over 18.

Other than the usual 'try recovering your parental e-mail' BS, if it works for you then it works, but like the rest of us, they want such outdated information that none of us can recall it.  As a result, the system auto denies you even if you put info that clearly shows that it's your account.

tnx for fast reply:) but its just so dumb, that MS dont se what age the user is, for what reason did we put the birth day in the information when we made an account:/
