I received an error yesterday that required I update the securtity information (don't remember the code). Now that I have done that I am receiving error 80151011. After following all the advice on the help page http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/errors/error-code-80151011
, not only can I not log on to xbox live, my profile is unretrievable (it was deleted per solution 3 and refuses to redownload), and I cannot access the account on your website. It just says "oops, this isn't supposed to happen". What am I supposed to do now?
