Cannot view my account

I received an error yesterday that required I update the securtity information (don't remember the code). Now that I have done that I am receiving error 80151011. After following all the advice on the help page http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/errors/error-code-80151011 , not only can I not log on to xbox live, my profile is unretrievable (it was deleted per solution 3 and refuses to redownload), and I cannot access the account on your website. It just says "oops, this isn't supposed to happen". What am I supposed to do now?

Good morning!  Where exactly does that message show up? When you try to get to billing or account management?  If that's the case, please contact phone support using support.xbox.com/contact-us
