Every time I go to sign in to live, I get a message saying my membership is suspended until I update my payment option. I have done this 3 days ago, with a different credit card number to the old one I used. When I go to delete my old credit card number on the xbox console it tells me to go xbox.com/accounts. I have done this multiple times, every time results in a error message saying try again later.
How can I get this *** sorted? For some reason it wont let me update to and bill my new credit card number so my account stays suspended. The xbox help section of the site is hopeless, none of the live chat things seem to work for me and the contact form never loads.
