Cannot go to the "My Account" page on Xbox.com

Hello!

I can't seem to be able to access my "Account" page for some reason on this account, but on my alt account I can.

Here is what pops up whenever I try to access it:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Sorry for the wall, but can anyone help me?

The person I contacted from support said that someone higher up would get in contact with me in 5 days, but I have yet to hear anything back and it as been about a week since then.

Hello! This is a common error and it happens all the time. Usually this error occurs when your browser is not updated or your browser is not fitted for Xbox.com. You may need to use a browser such as Firefox to not receive this error. Unfortunately I cannot provide a link to the Firefox website, but I am sure you can figure it out! :)

I have tried IE, Chome, and Firefox. Same error on all three.

Does anyone know why this would happen on one account but not another? I tried an alt account of mine on IE and Chrome and I could go to the Account pages there. Just not on this account.

Try to send Miss Ermine a private message on the forums and include the error page and explain how it is only happening for your account.

Hey guys!  A small portion of users experience this issue, and you will need to contact Xbox Phone Support (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us) and have tier 3 Support look into it for you.  It normally takes about 30 days for the issue to be resolved. :)
