Hello,

Lets get the preliminary information out of the way.

Location: Alberta, Canada

Router brand: Asus RT-N56U

Network connection type: Wireless - WPA2 Personal - Internal Adaptor

UPnP? Unknown

NAT type open? Unknown

Error Codes:

W: 0000 - 0000

X: 8000 - 0011

Y: 0000 - 0000

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0000 - 0009

Internet Type: Cable

ISP: Shaw

Error Message shown on screen: Varies from the "Are you sure you entered the passcode correctly" to "Are you sure you selected the correct wireless network" up until "Visit xbox.com for more help"

More info: I have ran through the entire self help troubleshoot guide provided. I have hooked up the Xbox to the router via hard wire and it connects successfully. I have returned my original Xbox to the retail store and tried with a second Xbox, still no dice.

Any help would be grand, thanks!
