It all depends on the connection. If you're using a wifi connection, you might want to restart both the wifi connection and the console. I've had the issue before on several occasions. But disconnect the xbox from the wifi connection and then power it down
and restart the wifi connection also then start everything up again. Sometimes, your xbox might just need the connection to be refreshed. Wired connections usually don't give you that problem but in case it does, you can restart the wired connection from the
internet box and disconnect the xbox from the connection then turn everything back on and reconnect. If it doesn't pull through, then your best bet is to speak to someone through xbox customer support. Maybe they can give you a better idea. Or refresh the
console or your account from their database if possible.
