We are new members. Have tested network and status all green. Live status options show all up. We also received an email indicating we had successfully redeemed the prepaid voucher but still no access.

How do you delete the profiles from Xbox ?
have you tried deleting your profile off the Xbox and re downloading it
Go to System > Storage > HDD > Profiles
Important: Select "Delete Profile Only"
so you keep your saved games and other stuff
