I've had this problem for some time and can't figure it out:
The Test Connection is successful, but once I go to connect through the Dashboard it fails without any errors or explanation and simply offers to send me back to test my connection for more info.
Following the format in the stickied thread:
- US, Illinois
- Router: D-Link WBR-2310
- Modem: **** TM402P/110
- My connection is wired.
- UPnP is enabled in the router, I get no NAT errors and it shows as enabled in my router settings -I also manually port-forwarded 53, 80, 88, 1863 & 3074 just to see if it would help. In addition, my MTU is set to 1500, and I ping just fine at 1364.
- My internet connection is Cable and it is through Comcast/Xfinity
