Howdy RocknRolla,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection.

The first thing that I would try is this troubleshooter on Connecting your Xbox One to Xbox Live for the first time.

If you're still unable to connect, please let us know this info:

What Country/State/Province do you live in?
Modem brand & model number:
Router brand & model number:
Wired or wireless:
Things you have tried:
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
Any Error Codes you encounter:
Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):

Let us know and we'll work from there.

Having the same issue, new router, 84% signal strength.  Xbox ONE will NOT accept the wireless password unless I have tried 50 times in a row.  I don't understand why it doesn't just save the password and try reconnecting on its own rather than me having to do it MANUALLY 50 (*&^(*%^& times in a row.  Should have named this console the XBOX BETA.

I am having the same problem. My 360 connected fine a day earlier. Tried connecting a to multiple networks, none of which would work. I’m convinced it’s the Xbox. I would really just like to use the $500 machine I just purchased as it’s intended. Basically all I can do play with my home screen since I cannot connect to the internet without going and hardwiring it. Here is my post I made. forums.xbox.com/.../1626615.aspx
