Cannot Connect to wireless router

My old router has just been replaced, and I have installed and connected to the internet via pc and PS3 wirelessly with no problems.

My Xbox however refuses to connect to it, saying there is an issue.

Now i have tried every suggestion posted.

I have found though I can connect if I remove the WPA2 security. I do not want my network unprotected so have no idea what to do now.

Router is a Belkin N300+

Hi,

Which adapter are you using? The white or black external adapter or the Xbox360S internal adapter? That router is certainly a problem I have it listed here:- www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../166-wireless-gaming-official-wireless-adapter-incompatibility-list

Sorry, missed that on your first post.

There is a later version of firmware available from Belkin 1.00.41 you should try that to see if that resolves your issue:- en-uk-support.belkin.com/.../4619
