Cannot connect to LIVE but computer connects just fine?

My XBOX and my PC are both connected to my Xfinity modem via Ethernet cable. The computer connects just fine, the Xbox for whatever reason has decided it no longer wants to connect. I DID change my password for my Xbox live profile since the last time I was able to connect but now my XBOX won't even access the internet for me to redownload my profile and log in with the new info.

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? No?
Any Error Codes you encounter: None, just tells me that the XBOX cannot connect to the internet after it connects to the modem
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Comcast

http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/device.php?tier=-1&devid=320&e=0&d2=0&d3=0&s=&so=&sc=467 is the official Comcast web page which shows there's a bug in the Comcast software in the Arris modem-router device you have. I'd get another one from Comcast and http://tinyurl.com/goodbyeArris shows you how.

 

If you use Comcast Digital Voice, I'd get the SMCD3GNV (#56) - if not then I would get the Motorola SMG6580 (#45), both of which are listed back at http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/ the official Comcast website.

Nothing you can do which will give a lasting solution except replacing the Comcast modem-router. http://mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/device.php?tier=-1&devid=320&e=0&d2=0&d3=0&s=&so=&sc=467 is the official Comcast web page which shows there's a bug in the Comcast software that broke the Arris modem-router device you have.
