I am having a bit of trouble. I am trying to add my credit card to my Xbox live account and when I type the credit card number it says "Please enter a valid credit card number" which I am doing, please why is it doing this?
they get you no where i have been on the phone with them for hours now. they got their heads so far up their asses they have no idea whats goiong on. they keep telling me that its on my end. which isnt true. i added a card to my brothers account and purchased
no problem on his. but when i try to add the same card to my account i get that its not valid. they also told me that the address has to match not true. i live in cali and my bro lives in Mi and again i had no prob with his account and our info it completely
diff on the 2 accounts
