cannot access my Xbox live profile.

Excuse my ignorance if this post is in the wrong place but this is the first time i've ever had a problem with Xbox.

I try to sign in on my console and it pops up with this "Your membership is suspended untill you update your payment option"

I've tried updating it through the console but the problem persists, also tried updating it through the website but every time i clicked on "my account" it comes up with an error saying "It looks like you've found a glitch in our system"

That's the start of it, i know how to fix that but i currently can't pay for it. My problem is that it won't even let me onto my account with a Silver membership, I just get booted off Xbox live altogether and the process starts all over again. it's frustrating wondering what's happened.

but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to - sign in there if you can - then go to


Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
