Cannot access my system, due to a subscription error that has been attempted to be resolved by Support.


I was told that I would be contacted by Xbox because my ticket had been escalated. Ticket [Mod Removed]

I still cannot get onto my Xbox. Upon reaching the screen to select a profile, I get a message saying that the subscription must be updated for the Xbox to be playable. My subscription has been verified, yet the error still exists. Cache has been cleared. Network connectivity to internet and Xbox Live is green. Cannot re-download profile to continue troubleshooting.

Cannot use the Xbox 360 in any way, which makes me the saddest person. Would anyone be able to update me?
