A few weeks ago, I cancelled my XBox Live Gold renewal - and thought all was fine and dandy. I thought the billion hoops and barrels I had to go through were far, far, far too much, but I got through it, and cancelled the renewal.
Or so I thought.
When I logged on to my XBox today, it told me my Xbox Live account was suspended, apparently because the payment didn't go through for my Gold account.
Which should never have gone through in the first place.
Confused, I logged onto XBoxlive.com to manage my account - except! When I clicked on "My Account" it gave me this:Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

So, not only did I spend all that time going through pointless security blockades to cancel my subscription, now I find it wasn't actually cancelled, and I'm getting blocked from my account to try and fix the problem.
I am upset, and frustrated. And I DO NOT want have to talk to someone on the phone.
