Cannot access 'my accounts' page to turn auto renewal off
Any link, or various roundabout ways, to the page you specified to turn it off results in an error/glitch page. Same goes for the 'my accounts' tab up top. havent been able to enjoy live for a while now...
Sounds like you're experiencing the infamous Xbox.com glitch...it comes and goes. Alternatively you can
contact Xbox Support by phone (you can request a call by following the link, clicking on
Billing and memberships, then under Account Management select
Other) and have them turn it off for you.
