Cannot accept new terms on xbox (wrong email cached) and xbox.com (sends me in endless loop)

i am starting another page about this problem because it seemed like all of the other responses were of no help.  so yeah, the title says it all.  when it says to accept the terms and agreements (which i will gladly do!) it makes me log into my account again which has the wrong email.  i cant scroll up to change it so it continuously tells me that i have the wrong password when clearly the email is the problem.  i try doing it from a computer and the website puts me in an endless loop when i try to accept the terms and agreements.  please help!!  or i will probably be getting the ps4 over the xbox one because of this problem:( i mean, I CANT EVEN PLAY XBOX!!  thank you

Hey there Star!

I suggest working your way through our ToU FAQ. There are many steps in there that can assist.

If none of those work for you, the next step will be to use the Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. They will be able to work through your options with you.

Let us know how that goes. =)

Okay, so every time I put in my password on my Xbox in order to accept the new Terms of Use, it says that it's invalid. When I do the same thing on Xbox.com, it puts me in this endless loop of telling me to sign in to my Microsoft account and then to accept the new Terms of Use. I think the problem is the email, because the email address it wants me to sign in with is no longer being used. I've changed my password and that didn't work, and I refuse to contact Xbox Live over the phone because last time I did, it took about two hours to resolve the issue. I did the "recover account" thing, and if that doesn't work, then I'm done with Xbox. This is the third or fourth time something like this has happened, and I'm sick and tired of it!

Sorry to hear you're upset Tazz.  However, as this is an older thread I would like to ask if you can create a new one detailing the issue for better resolution.  Thank you.
