Cancelled Auto-Renewal but have still been charged?

Hi there,

I contacted the xbox live support all center on the 10 of August 2011 to cancel the auto-renewal for this account.

This morning I awoke to find that my credit card has been charged for the monthly installment amount regardless of this cancellation.

Would someone please look into this for me?

The Gamertag is 'xxHARUCANxx nz'.

Ok thanks, Xbox support doesn't open for another hour so I thought I'd see if you guys could look into it for me but I guess you guys are just here to answer questions lol.

I might check billing.microsoft.com to make sure it was not just clearing an old balance, but seeing as this account shows gold I might just call Xbox Support again and get to billing
