Cancellation of Xbox live help

Anyone able to shed some light?

I cancelled my account early March as I am currently overseas, I just received an e-mail stating my cancellation went into effect on the 2nd of April but I was just charged 10 bucks for my subscription.

I can't get support through chat because my internet connection is too poor, and obviously can't use the phone support.

Is there an e-mail for support on this issue?

So were you using a credit/debit card to pay monthly for your subscription? If so what I think may have happened is that the $10 dollars was for the previous month so from March to April you had no paid for your subscription and it charged you before cancelling the membership.

If you do think there is a discrepancy with your account though you can only call phone support to have them look into your it.

well Im currently not in the country and wont be for 6 months, so calling is not an option... Any e-mail address would be helpful.
