I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the fact that I need to call someone to cancel billing. The card that I used to pay for ONE month was a gift card that was not going to have any more funds added to it. You have unsuccessfully been attempting to charge that card, and sending me emails that state this fact. I do not want xbox live, and wasn't aware that by signing up for the promotion of 1 month free xbox gold membership, that I would be placed on an auto renew status, and you would CONSTANTLY bill that temporary card. I have done everything with xbox thus far online, including signing up for service....why can I not cancel this service (a service I am not even using anymore, but you are constantly trying to bill me for) with the simple click of an online button?! THIS FACT, ALONE, MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH XBOX LIVE AGAIN!! If you are going to come back at me about "there are security functions in place...blah...that's why you need to call to cancel", well, that doesn't make sense! Why wouldn't I have to call in the first place to give someone direct authorization to use my card? This is absolutely ridiculous, and an inconvenient waste of my time to try to make me hold on the phone for one of your minimum wage employees who will promise to cancel an account, but likely be picking their nose and FORGET to do it! For the freaking love of online institutions, place a freaking cancel button on your website!!!!
