I canceled my auto-renewal due to low funds last month. My gold was set to expire today, 5/17/2012. On 5/2/12 I was charged $10.00 on my bank account even though auto renewal was off. Apparently Microsoft charged me, but did not give me a month in return as my gold is expired. It says in my payment history that I was charged in the billing section of this site, so I know it is not a problem with my bank account.
I would either like a refund, or the month that was paid for when I was charged. I just do not know how to proceed. I have taken pictures of the billing accounts and my bank accounts just to make sure.
