Can't turn off Xbox Live Auto Renewal

This is so stupid. You never had this email code security system before, why do you need it now?
Whenever I try to turn off Auto Renewal, it links me to the 'Microsoft Account' 'Help us protect your account' Page.

It says 'To continue, check your email and enter the code we just sent you.'

I NEVER GET THE CODE

This is all part of the new Security Proofs. Do you Have a filter on your email or anything like that? Check your Spam Box in case it was sent there directly.

If you still don't have an email code, just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and the billing agent will be able to switch it to off for you.

That's how I did it a few years ago since every time I switched it to off on the site, it would constantly revert to on.
