Can't turn off auto renewal

Yes, yes, I'm well aware that one of the stickies is specifically aimed at telling you how to, but I have a different problem that's starting to irk me, so I've come here for aid. My account does the following;

When I go to My Account and tell it change the auto renewal status to off, it redirects me to a page saying that I need to input a security code of sorts in to proceed to this option. I do so, but when I do, it tells me I'm logged in, and I can't proceed. All it does is bring up my second email, sends me another code, and the cycle repeats. The auto renewal must go, but the site won't allow me to. Please assist.

The screen I'm talking about is this (with my email removed from it for obvious reasons):

It sends me there, and it puts me in an endless loop that makes it so I can't cancel it. Thanks in advance.

Use Internet Explorer instead and go to account.live.com/summarypage.aspx to fill in a second e-mail address or cellphone number. After that you can login with a Firefox browser. No problem.

Have you tried using a different web browser.

In the screenshot you are using Firefox so try doing it on chrome or internet explorer.

I recently turned off auto-renewal and had no problems doing it using chrome
