Can't turn of auto renew

Hey, I just got my gold member ship (3 months) using a pre paid visa card. Now i cannot turn of auto renew every time i try to it comes up saying.

Change Settings: Auto Renewal

When I check back it said Automatic Renewal: On (Change) when i click change again it still on Auto Renewal please help

You can only turn it off if you call support. Call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX they should be able to turn it off.

It might be worth you contacting the Billing department. You choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

You can get them to call you by going to  http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

OK thank you also if I am able to remove the payment option I used to pay for it will that work also?

I believe (I'm sure others will confirm) if you leave auto renew on but remove your payment option the system will still try and charge you, if it can't take payment the account will likely be suspended until payment is resolved.
