Can't switch payment to a different credit card as the old one has expired.

Hey, I'm trying to change the credit card payment to a different card as the old one has expired and I keep getting the message my XBL's been deactivated as my old card has expired whenever I try to change it on the Xbox it doesn't work I've also attempted to do this online but I get an error when doing that as well.

Hi there Scott!  What kinds of errors are you seeing?  If you are getting an "Oops..." error every time you try to get into the billing website, you will want to contact your local phone/chat support here: Contact Us.

Otherwise let us know what kinds of errors they are and we can take a look!

Follow Miss Ermine's link, and if that doesn't work call your local support number and speak to the billing department.

Fixed now appreciate the help on this thread and the Customer Service guy was very helpful and had the problem fixed in 3 minutes. Thanks for the help
