Can't sign into xbox live

It all started about 2 months ago, I was finishing playing Halo 4, then out of nowhere, when I got back an hour later, I couldn't sign in, ever since I've been trying to find a solution, I've did everything, I even clear the cache, and did it again with clearing it, turning off the xbox, turning it on and then clearing it again and then trying to redownload it, but it wouldn't even work, and I for sure know it's not the internet, it's fine, but please, I need help with it. Thank you.

It doesn't sound like you care about fixing your issue that much since you have been REPEATEDLY instructed to do things and you continue to fail to follow any directions. You NEED TO PROVIDE THE EXACT ERROR AND ANY STATUS CODE you get when you try to sign into your XBOX console, first of all. You NEED to TELL US what it says if you want anyone here to help you. If you do not do that, you WILL NOT get any useful help.

Well so far I've cleared my cache, the regular option. I tried downloading it on another system once, didn't get a result, but yeah that's all I can recall.

Hi KriLL113,

That is a confusing statement.. Have you tried everything above, or have you only tried clearing your cache?

Let us know, and we can work from there.

Hey there Krill!

Since we don't know the exact error code you're seeing, I'm just going to post up some steps that have worked for similar situations in the past. They were posted by one of our awesome ambassadors, Taidara. I suggest giving them a shot and let us know how things go:

"If you haven’t already, start by adding security proofs like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account. This information is crucial to ensure that your account is well protected and meets the security standars that Microsoft now provides.

With this information being updated and secured, we can now start focus on the next steps, delete your profile, clear Xbox system cache (3 times in a row) and finally, recover your profile from LIVE.

How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely
Before you delete your profile, you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

  1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select All Devices.
  4. Select Gamer Profiles.
  5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Clear Xbox system cache

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.
  5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Post back and let us know if you were helped by this."

Let us know how things go and we'll work with you from there. If these steps don't help, please be sure to include the error code you're seeing in your post. =)

Yes, but I think it starts with 807c or something like that, I can't really remember, and I'm kinda too tired to do it really, but it's around there, it's where you can't download the profile.
