Can't sign in

I can't sign in account its says something is wrong and to Change secerity proofs I did but still won't let me get signed in I got a code 831188fb

Greetings!

Can you confirm that you have already add security proofs like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account.

In such cases when you have applied changes to your Microsoft accont, it is recommended that you clear your Xbox system cache and recover your profile from LIVE.

Clear Xbox system cache.

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache. (Clear system cache 3 times in a row).


Restart your console download your Xbox LIVE profile.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

Press X to sign out of your profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Your connection is OK but you have a problem with your security proofs.

 

Please update them and if the problem persists, please post in the appropriate forum, Forum 03 http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12.aspx
