Can't select a title after opening Netflix on XBox 360

Ever since an update in November, I have been unable to select any titles in Netflix.  It isn't the controller; I play a ton of games and it hasn't acted up once in several months. It isn't the Xbox; Amazon Prime works perfectly. But whenever I load Netflix, I can't select anything. The A button just does not respond; in fact, not buttons respond except for the two analog sticks and the Xbox home button. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm fed up.

I am having the same problem... Did you ever figure out how to fix it?

I fixed several broken apps and games by deleting and re- instaliing them.Give it a shot.

I deleted it and reinstalled and it still has the same problem-.-

Having the same problem.  I've deleted the App numerous times, and same thing.  Anyone found a fix for it?

So which console are you using?Maybe its a particular model thats having problems.I would contact Netflix support with details on this including your console type and hdd size.They are the ones who need to fix it.
