can't resolve MTU error

hi. guys i have a problem for connecting to  Xbox Live. as you know from the subject the problem is about the MTU setting. i've changed my router's MTU to 1400 & 1492 & 1490 & 1364 but it didn't worked. i opened the 80 & 88 & 3074 & 53 ports in my router but it didn't worked. i've done all the things in troubleshoots and other but it didn't worked too. i think you can understand about the problem from the error code so please explain the problem to me and tell me how to solve it. thank you

i have tp-link    td-8811

connection type: PPPoE

wired

the error code is:

w: 0000 - 000B

x: 0000 - F0001

y: 0000 - 0000

z: 0000 - 0000

id: FFFF - FFFF

the error message :

your network dosent have a sufficient MTU setting ...

We typically recommend setting the MTU to about 1500. If that doesn't work, then it's possible that the MTU is being affected by your ISP's network. You might give them a call and see if they can help you!
