Can't redeem codes or manage payment option or sign in to xbox.com

using my friends account as I cant sign in .I cant sign into xbox.com when I do it says ive found a glitch, I cant redeem any codes or manage my payment options, it just comes up with a error. when I call xbox they say they cant find my account or password and pass me on to the escalation team and they don't help. can anyone help me ???

Really sorry to hear you've been having issues with your account.

I don't want to ask you to go back since you said they weren't able to help you before. However, Phone Support or an Advocacy Team would be best equipped to assist you further with getting access to your account. They have the ability to investigate further into account weirdness like this and would be your best resource moving forward.

Are you having this issue? did you change your gamertag's email? if yes then post there, MS need to be aware of this.
