Can't recover my account?

Well long story short, when i try to recover my account at like my friends house to play my games it just won't work. Keeps saying error and giving me the status code. I've even tried the "Trouble shooting" Section of accounts. And so far nothing has worked, Any idea's? I'm afraid to delete my account on my own xbox to see if even i can recovery my account, but i'm unsure if i'll be able to recover it.
