Can't purchase Xbox Live Gold


I'm trying to renew my account to Gold every day from almost 2 weeks ago but the transaction just don't complete with no specific message.

When I did the process from Xbox 360, I confirmed the payment, waited some second and nothing happens, it just go back with no message.

When I did from my desktop in Xbox Live website, it gives me this message (in portuguese):

Try to buy again
An error occurred while finalizing your purchase. Sorry about that.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.  Unfortunately, if you're having problems on the console or the website then no one here can help you.  Give support a call and they should be able to help you set up your Gold membership.
