I bought MW3 on release day and played multiplayer for about 2 weeks got to level 57 with no problem. Now when I do join a game my player gets put in walls or goes forward and backwards uncontrollably. Sometimes I get kicked out and it says cannot connect
to server. (MW3 not Live).
It all started after the mw3 v1.3.466.13 update (could be a coincidence) but for the past couple weeks I can't play at all. First couple day's I would get into lobies where the game was in slow motion. If that gives you anything. Now I also get kicked out of any of my friends parties, but only after the game starts.
I have put more than 400 hours on Black Ops with no issues. + Multiple other games online in the past 2 years with no issues. I did try MW2 and it's the same thing is happening.
What Country/State/Province do you live in - Canada
Router brand & model number - NETGEAR, WNR 3500L
Wireless - internal (Xbox 360S) I have also tried connecting my xbox directly to my isp's modem.

Is UPnP Enabled? - Yes, I tried adding port forwarding. I called my ISP for support and they did some ping tests, gave me a static IP nothing made a difference on that end. I can watch youtube vids, and do whatever I need with my internet without any issues. Re-downloaded my profile. Restarted all devices a million times.
Do you have a NAT error? - No NAT is open
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? - xplornet
