Can't Play Multiplayer Battlefield 4

When I try to select multiplayer, I get the message that "Connection to the EA servers has been lost".  When I test my multiplayer connection, I get the error message: "We're not sure what's wrong".  My NAT is open.

Things you have tried: disconnecting the internet

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Comcast
