Hey! i made one post already but i can't find it anyways so sorry about that! Anyways, I haven't been able to play in live since friday and seems that other people have the same problem too...found any ways to repair this problem? When i try to connect in Xbox live, it says something "update your payment option" when i went to the website to see what does that mean, it keeps saying "This shouldn't happen, seems you've found a glitch in our system" or something like that..won't let me to manage my account
so what can i do? I can't play in live and it wont let me manage my account (there reads "gold member" on the bottom of the page so i should have live time left)
Also tried to remover cookies etc. and tried other browsers as they asked on the other threads...but it didn't help. Hope you can help me as fast as you can, thank you!
