Can't play games or use services like Netflix

Everytime I try and play a game or do anything that involves leaving the dashboard I get a message about "Terms and Conditions" asking me to sign in because my console needs to connect to Xbox Live occasionally, giving me a time limit in which I have to do that, problem is I did sign i within the limit (no idea why I even need to do this on my console), but it still won't let me do anything, and now the timer is at 0 and every time I try and play a game the same screen pops up. Anyone else have this problem? And how do I fix it, since I called Xbox Support and the things they said to do didn't do anything.

try saving all data you have on a usb drive and format/restore xbox to factory setting. reconnect profile and follow instructions on xbox, then reload all saved data back to 360. That may help you. this is a last ditch effort so make sure all data saved on usb is not corrupt before formatting or its gone forever.

No, I don't have any parental controls on my account and I've deleted my profile and recovered it several times now to no avail. I have the "Entertainment for All" plan and that seems to be what is stopping me from doing anything not involving the dashboard.

Sorry to hear those steps didn't work out for you.

It looks like you've been able to get in touch with phone support and they've passed your case up to be investigated. They should have given you an SR to refer to if you need to call them back and check on the status of your account. That would really be the best option from here. That team will be best equipped to help sort out your account.

I didn't get any numbers to check on the status of my issue, I'm just really hoping it doesn't take much longer...if I have to wait 13 days to play my xbox due this issue is unbelievable.
