can't play any games

My xbox one was working fine a few days ago. Then i went to go play a game. It needed to update and since then i haven't been able to play a single game. I keep getting the message asking me to insert the game despite the CD being inserted.
"do you own this game or app? ...(0x87de07d1)

I've tried it with a few games and it doesn't work with any of them. Restarted it a few times too.
This is really frustrating, any help would be appreciated.

 Are you part of the Preview Program? Can you list the games you have tried? Are they all Games with Gold games? Also, is this account you are posting with the same account that is having the problems? Did you purchase the content or did another profile on the Xbox purchase the content?

If you are part of the Preview Program in the event this is not the same account, you will need to post this in the preview program support forums: forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx as the Preview team needs to know the problem being experienced so they can help troubleshooting.

Try going into setting choose Disk and Blu-ray then persistent storage then press clear persistent storage press it 2 or 3 times this might help you out.

I don't know what the Preview Program is but i don't think I'm part of it. But I've tired it on GTA 5, watch dogs, ryse and forza. None of them work. These are all games I own the hard copy of if that makes a difference. Also I'm posting off a different account to the one i have had the problems with

I've cleared persistent storage and that hasn't made a difference.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Go into setting scroll right under other people select remove account choose account you want to remove this will be the one you are having problems, Then select this person, Remove from this Xbox, when finished select close.

From home screen select sign in top left corner, Select add new.

Type in your Email address and password you use to access your Microsoft account.

You'll see a reminder of your privacy settings

Choose a colour.

You'll see a gamerpic associated with your profile select next

Choose save my password for auto sign in.

Now sign in and try playing your games.

please make sure you know your Email and password.

Ive tried that as well and still not working.

I don't know of this makes a difference but I bought a new game (far cry 4) and that worked fine with no problem.

I tired to uninstall the game and that didn't work. It wont reinstall the game and i keep getting the same error(0x87de07d1)
