I am currently unable to log in to Xbox.com (I'm able to sign in on other sites using that Windows Live ID, I'm using an alternate one to post), after signing in I get taken to an error page. If one of my friends attempts to view my profile, they are also presented with an error page. I also cannot manage my account via my Xbox (Can't redeem my code for another 12 months of gold, error 8007000B; errors when access Account Management menu, error 807B01F4). I'm still able to sign into my account on my Xbox, however my gold membership expires in a couple of days and because I can't manage my account, I cannot renew it.
I've already contacted support over the phone. They tried several things, none of which worked to resolve my issue. Additionally, they were unable to actually find my gamertag in the system. Because they couldn't find my gamertag or Windows Live ID, they were unable to escalate my issue over the phone.
