can't log in

We have been unable to log in to a current live account.  We have tried several things including creating a new account in which I am on now.  However, the new account is not showing up on the console.  We need help either figuring out how to get the old account back up and going by the ability of logging in or setting up a new account and moving the old info. to the new one.  Is any of this possible?

Hi it's not possible to move the old information, which I assume you mean cloud saves and gamerscore and the like to this account. But what issue are you having with your current account, does the xbox give you any form of error message? You can log into your xbox using this account by adding the account to sign in with, but as mentioned you will not have any of the account specific information that was on your current live account.

Hey XDylanNX24! As matt1912 has said, there is no way to merge two accounts, but that doesn't mean hope is lost! Do you by chance know the email associated with your old Xbox LIVE account? If you do, you can fill out our account recovery form to regain access to your profile. Make sure to fill out that form with as much information as you can remember about the old account and you'll receive an email response in 24 hours. Let us know how it goes!
