Can't disable Auto Renewal on site.

What's the issue can we get it fixed?

 I click it and it gives a message like it's been confirmed. but a month later it says it's still on. Have clicked it a few times now with no luck.

If you're having trouble turning it off on the site, call support and talk to billing. Keep in mind, even if you have it turned off but you purchase gold through xbox it will turn it back on.

This is why I am asking for a solution, because I'm sick of calling Microsoft all the time for such a basic thing.

well it only took a couple of years (yeah I had told MS every time I rang them about the problem hence me calling them to cancel auto renewal over the phone) but it finally seems to work, despite last month it still being broken and me getting billed for another month I didn't purchase.

Better late than never if you want to be positive about it I guess.

But yeah pointless to advise people to do what they've already done 50 million times to no avail.

Hmmm, yeah I suppose better late than never.  It's still really very weird that it took that much to get it off.  If you ever see anything like that again, can you let us know?  We'll do a bit more digging for you.
